  1. Reach out

    Call (781) 365-8936 or send the short form below. You do not need a referral or a diagnosis to get in touch.

  2. A short intake call

    All future patients are asked to call the office for intake. It is done over the phone and takes less than 10 minutes. We will check your insurance at this point.

  3. Your first appointment

    60 minutes, in person in North Andover, or by telehealth if you are located in Massachusetts or New Hampshire. Follow-ups are 30 minutes. Patients must be 18 years or older.
