What this website collects
This is a static informational website. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising or analytics trackers, and does not build a profile of you. No third-party scripts run on these pages.
The contact form
The contact and Get Started forms ask for your name, phone number, email address, the type of service you are interested in and a short message. They are a way to ask us to get in touch — they are not a clinical intake channel and they are not monitored continuously.
Please do not include sensitive medical details in these forms. Our team will follow up by phone to complete intake. Submissions are delivered to the practice by email; they are not stored in a database on this website.
Your health information
Protected health information you share with the practice during intake, appointments or treatment is handled under our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which is separate from this website notice and is provided to you as a patient.

Our Resources page links to independent organisations. We do not control their content or their privacy practices.
